For dinner I had collard greens corn bread and some potatoes there was roast but I'm trying to stay clear of read meat.  I feel really full not uncomfortable though.  The kids enjoyed dinner but I will continue to work hard on trying to lose weight and eat healthier because I know its best for me.  I've been 200 pounds for a year in a half which is way to long but I'm a work in progress and hope to lose some weight by the summer not just for looks but for my health as well.  All the other times I've lost weight it was easy but now it seems so hard and I can't seem to figure out why.  Well, I'm going to bed now I have to get up early tomorrow to take my son to school and I'm going to the gym to work out.  I'm not sure what I'll do at the gym but hopefully this will start me in motion.
